Family Birthday

This weekend, we celebrated Olivia's 3rd birthday with my parents and my aunt and uncle.  We just did a little cook out with hamburgers and hot dogs and yummy mac-n-cheese and let Olivia open up her presents and play with them.

Here are a few pictures of the festivities:

Disney princesses from our friends Amy & Caroline

Hugging the card Caroline made her.

Aunt Patty and Sydney

Cookies and Cream cupcakes
{I made hers look like Minnie Mouse...and then she gave it to Aunt Patty}

Poppa Peter's sister and her husband {Aunt Linda and Uncle Paul} made Olivia this alphabet book.
It is amazing - Paul took all of the pictures {he's a wonderful photographer} and there is a corresponding picture for each letter of the alphabet.  My personal favorite is a picture of a lion yawning for Y.  Love it!

Family picture!

David checked the mail today to find a box of presents for Olivia from Grandma Irma and Poppa Peter.

I love watching her hug inanimate objects.

Sydney enjoyed the paper!

Olivia seriously racked it up in gifts!  {And, this so close to Easter...she better realize she doesn't get to open gifts every weekend!}  On top of a trip to DISNEYLAND to meet up with her BFF, Kendall, she got a handmade Minnie dress from Uncle Rhino, a Minnie outfit from Uncle Hank and Aunt Patty, Disney princesses from Amy & Caroline, a Minnie's Bow-Tique dress up doll from us, a Strawberry Shortcake Berry Bitty Market and clothes from Nana and Poppy, a Hello Kitty dvd, a dress, cds and several books from Grandma and Poppa.  This is one very loved and very lucky girl.  Thank you, sweet family!

The par-tay was wonderful. She got a nice combination of toys and clothes. I know she is going to have a wonderful time at Disneyland. Can't wait to see the pictures.

Happy 3rd birthday tomorrow my precious baby girl. I love you better than a cat loves cream. AND MORE!!

So glad she had a wonderful celebration at home...and at the time had Disneyland to look forward too. Such a joy to look at all her adventures!
