Thanksgiving Weekend 2015

I can't believe that tomorrow is December 1st!  Holy smokes!  I figure I better post about Thanksgiving before Christmas rolls in.  {But, didn't I just post about Halloween?  Probably!}

Both girls had special lunches at their respective schools at the same time.  Oh how I wish I could be in two places at once, but since I couldn't, it was nice to have other moms send me pictures of what I was missing out on.  I chose to go to Sydney's Thanksgiving lunch and it was so cute.  She loved her little turkey outfit and did the craziest turkey dance for all of her classmates.  Liv was having a healthy luncheon, and I think her favorite was the cookie! :)

I took the girls to the playground after school to burn off some energy....and some calories for what was to come over the next couple of days. :)

For the second Thanksgiving in a row, we decorated gingerbread houses with Sheri and Riley.  It's such a fun tradition and we were so amazed at how much more time they spent decorating this year than last year!  {Wouldn't it be nice to show the finished product?  Whoops!}

We spent Thanksgiving evening with our cousins, and ohmyword, did the girls have so much fun with their cousin Ziggy.  I wish he lived closer because the girls just loved him.

On Friday, Uncle Rhino took the girls to see the Peanuts movie again so I could get some packing done.

My mom promised Liv that if she lost her tooth before Thanksgiving, she would take her to the mall {35 minutes away} that has the carousel.   I decided to take a break from packing and we made it a little girls outing.

The girls got their picture taken with Santa, but I'm going to wait until December to post that! :)

And, to wrap up our Thanksgiving weekend, we took Liv's friend, Nathan, to see The Good Dinosaur. Apparently, they had planned on going together and she kept telling everyone that she was going with him, so I sort of had to make it happen!  They were so cute together, and the movie was adorable and sweet and heart-wrenching.  At one point, Sydney started crying and said, "He misses his family.  This movie is so sad!"

Aannnnndddd, 25 pictures later, you are caught up on our Thanksgiving weekend!  Hope yours was just as fun!
