Pumpkin Carving

I think the last time David and I carved pumpkins was back in Indiana when we were just boyfriend and girlfriend.  We've done plenty of pumpkin patching, but we haven't had the guts to carve pumpkins with the girls until this year.  It actually wasn't too bad and the girls really seemed to enjoy it.

We ended up getting these pumpkins from WalMart because, dang, pumpkins at the patches aren't cheap!  Liv drew her pumpkin face all by herself, but refused to scoop out any of the insides.  Sydney, on the other hand, had fun playing with the mush, but needed a little help drawing her face.  And, David helped with cutting the tops off and scooping out the insides and didn't get to carve his pumpkin until Halloween day.
