PHX -> PDX

It had been a year and a half since we had been up to David's parents' house in Washington {just north of Portland}.  I love visiting up there and my favorite time to be at their house is Thanksgiving. Irma is a wonderful hostess & cook and the food & company is always amazing.

I was a little worried about the flight up there since it would mean that Sydney would miss a nap and would more than likely not sit still, but she did alright and the flight was pretty uneventful minus a little crying during landing.

We are usually the family that arrives right around the cut-off time for checking in and I'm always a nervous wreck until we are boarding, but this time we made it up to the airport extra early and wouldn't you know it, our flight was delayed.  Luckily it was only about 45 minutes, but still.

I'll have more pictures of our time in Portland, but here's some fun shots from the airports...and a Target.  Because a day without a trip to Target is like a day without sunshine.
